RecommendedThey made an appointment to come to my house. They showed up with a binder with their business license and liability insurance. They did a professional presentation. When it was time to pick the roof the rep pulled out a sample of what was already there and suggested we go back with it —obviously someone had driven by. They took no measures to keep nails and debris out of the lake.
Last year Watkins Construction and Roofing did a repair on one section of my roof. During the recent snow/ ice storm that same area leaked. No other area of my roof leaked beside the area that was repaired. I contacted them to evaluate it as the repair was still under warranty. After a few days, I was told someone came to look at my roof and it was weather related not “repair” related. I originally reached out to Watkins on 12-1. I was given a number to send my address to, via text. I did, but never got a response. Was given a second number on 12-3 (601-622-6229). I sent my address to this number and got a "thank you" response. (I was told on the phone someone would come out in the next few days).
