Our family had an in person tour and it was a super nice tour experience, very friendly people but our loved one had to have her car back and we were worried about her getting out on that busy road.

Business response:

Thank you for the kind and positive review of your short visit with us at Waverly Inn. At our community, the safety and care of our residents are of the utmost importance. If your loved one driving is a safety concern to you and your family, we are more than happy to discuss safety measures. While we are pleased to have met your standards, we strive to exceed them. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you or your loved one. Thank you again!

We chose Waverly Inn because the quality of the services offered and the location is close to me as well. It is a smaller facility with only about 60 residents. The building is built in a circle so that residents who wander cannot get lost. The room sizes are decent, she has got a Jack and Jill so she shares a bathroom. They also have shared rooms and private rooms as well. The staff is very pleasant to work with, the facility is done up nice, and it is a stimulating environment. I would recommend them to others looking.

Business response:

Twohey Family, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your positive experience at Waverly Inn. We strive to create the most loving and nurturing community we can—a true home to our residents—and your appreciation means everything to us. We hope that your loved one has a wonderful time experiencing the entirety of what Waverly Inn has to offer. Thank you again!

We chose Waverly Inn Memory Care Community for our loved one because it seemed like a family atmosphere and the people who worked there truly cared about the residents. The benefits our loved one received from being in this facility are for one, she got her self worth back; second, she is kept busy all day long, and last but not least, she got her own shower, which she loves, in her room instead of down the hall. Now she can take a shower whenever she wants instead of just once a week, like at other facilities. Before Covid,... read more

pre covid we were able to visit and it was very nice. It had a good atmosphere and didn't seem like a retirement facility. the sizes of the rooms are pretty good and the food is decent. I would recommend this community

We are so pleased that Waverly Inn opened in Arlington Heights. Everyone we met who works there is friendly and more importantly seems to genuinely care. Since my mother has moved in she looks better, seems happier, and her social, physical, and personal needs are being met. It's a pleasant atmosphere and they provide a lot of creative fun activities that help to stimulate the mind. Having her well taken care of has given us great peace.

We are so very happy with the care and support that our father receives at Waverly Inn Memory Care in Arlington Heights. He was one of the first residents to move in last December. Dad has adjusted well and is happy and content in his new community. Everyone there treats him kindly and enjoys interacting with him. He enjoys the activities offered especially the morning exercise class. We are so glad we found this place for him.
