Wayne Carter was great! The overall experience of buying this home was not great. Seller had a lot of issues with title getting cleared for approval. I would recommend anyone I know to contact Wayne Carter when purchasing or refinancing a home.

Wayne is a great informative and knowledgeable loan specialist. He is able to assist in getting the right loan for you and takes the time that should be taken by loan specialists to go through these processes. These processes are difficult to understand and can sometimes cause anxiety for a home buyer. Wayne was absolutely AMAZING! He held my hand through this entire process and made this process not only bearable but down right pleasurable. He was responsive to me 24/7 and gave me reassurance and guidance nights and weekends.
