I was implanted with a spinal “tens” unit in June. Before surgery DrKelly was very thorough in explaining what the surgery entailed and what results I could expect. He is very personable and caring. I have recommended him to several of my friends and neighbors and will continue todo so. Very pleased
I would definitely refer someone to him. He is nice, honest and to the point.
