Only spent 5 minutes with me, maybe less. I didn’t feel like he cared about what was going on with me (lower back pain, feet going numb). I haven’t been able to find tennis shoes because my feet consistently go numb. I didn’t get any answers or referrals, just two shots. After reading other reviews, that seems common. The staff didn’t read my family history either. My family members have ankylosing spondylitis, but no one addressed it. When I asked the nurse about it directly, she said she’d never heard of that.
My issue was muscle issues and not the actual spine, he just looked at the X-rays and never looked at, touched, or examined my back muscles which was the reason I was there. He sent me back to work with no restrictions which caused more issues with my back pain. Needless to say he is a workers comp doctor.
Let me start with OGA is terrific as a whole as is all the facilities.This Doctor contrary to the rest had me waiting 45 min past my Appt to only spend less than 5min with me. He spoke of nothing being wrong & to have a good day.This was the complete opposite of his counterpart in Warner Robins, Physical Therapist & Radiologist. X-rays, an MRI & 2 other hand on exams determined I have multiple injured disc bulges & arthritis.

Possibly the worst facility experience I've had. I never saw Wayne Kelley until the day of surgery, haven't seen him since but, not for lack of trying. I decided to not go back after he canceled 2 post surgery appointments with me. I would not recommend seeing Wayne for anything due to lack of continued care for his patients.
Not impressed. Looked at one xray, said I need physical therapy. I tried to ask questions but he repeated same thing, physical therapy. Didn’t want to spent any time with an examination or anticipating obvious questions. Had me lift my legs, said my back worked fine and I didn’t need surgery (I said I certainly hope not, and that’s not why I made the appointment). Front desk staff? Wonderful! X-ray tech? Wonderful! Dr. Kelly's nurse(?)? Terribly condescending, immature, and arrogant. I've rarely run into a medical professional that unprofessional! How about service with a genuine smile and a little less attitude?! Came in in good spirits despite pain; I left feeling like crud!
The visit felt really rushed which didn’t allow me to actually say all that was really paining me. I wasn’t given any background or information about why I may have been hurting. Just sent home still in pain with no idea how to actually relieve it. I hope the next appointment goes well.
Won't have much to say until treatment is done. Talk to me in six months.
