When he finishes his inspection he goes over everything in detail. I might add in language that a lay person can understand. RecommendedGreat job doing my inspection. Very through write up with accurate photos and Steve, the inspector, called me to go over everything and answer any questions I had. Although I didn't really need the inspection, it helped me generate a good punch list of items to fix and begin to look at. They even took photos of all the appliance labels to let me know what is in my condo.
