RecommendedThey were quick to schedule the inspection, call back with the initial results and email back the report that night. Pictures were provided with the narrative. The inspector forgot to add that it was a problem that he could not get to the hot water heater to inspect it or the main water shut off valve. So after I saw that it was missing on his report, he added it back onto it and resent the report back out. He offered to go back and reinspect again after the access panel stripped screws were replaced. That’s the only reason ... read more
