Still waiting for the weather to clear up for installation, but as a family business they pay attention to customer service! Very friendly and genuine. They offer a 5 yr check up to make sure the house is still protected. Price was all inclusive no surprises!
William and the associates who work for him were wonderful! Professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I am so pleased with the quality, aesthetics, price and end result including the beautiful weathervane! The barn owners from Plimsol Downs recommended them highly as the did an install on their home and barn! I highly recommend WB lightning system!!! Our pool enclosure, shed and home are now safe !!!!!
William Burden is the third generation owner of WBLightningRods and his company has been in business since 1950. He is very courteous, professional, was on time, and has a very good crew. William was present for the entire installation. We chose the copper system. We are glad for the peace of mind a lightning rod system will provide.

William and his crew showed up right on time. William carefully explained what they'd be doing, and he was tremendously patient with my incessant questions, since I wanted to make absolutely sure that our house was completely protected. (Even I was annoying myself with all my questions!) His crew was here for about 5 hours. They were hardworking and courteous. They did a fantastic job. We'll almost certainly have them out later in the year to protect our barn.
The company was about to leave town for another appointment when they got my message. They responded immediately and quickly finished the installation. They were courteous and professional.
I live in a relatively small cabin in the woods and lightning has always been a concern. We've lost a number of electronics and appliances and wasn't sure there was a practical solution until I spoke with William. Although I am a small-time customer he treated me with the same respect as a large client.
