William was professional and great to work with throughout the installation.
They were very efficient.
Mr. Burden was on site during the whole installation and made sure I was happy with the installation. They even provided additional equipment at no additional cost. Very professional customer service.

William and the crew seemed like great guys, they came out as scheduled and finished in just a few hours at the quoted price. And the product is very subtle - you barely notice the small rods along the roof line.
Not sure where lightning rods would go. Spoke with contractor and work done the following day.
