I purchased a mattress and bedroom set from WCC way back when you had to call and schedule an appointment to visit the warehouse. The mattress had a 10 year warranty and was one with a memory foam topping. Well after about a year, the mattress developed a "dip". WCC not only allowed me to return it but upgrade to the mattress of my choice. I was beyond impressed at the ease of this transaction!
