To the point, just what I needed!
Our salesman Scott B. took his time and helped us with the sofa and loveseat even though we got there a few minutes before the closed. I highly recommend asking for him when you go.

So easy to work with! After visiting the store to review options in person, I ordered a sofa/chaise from the website but unfortunately found out that it was back ordered until March. The sales rep on the phone found me similar options and easily updated my order to another option that was in stock. I decided to pick up the new pieces instead of having them delivered and my delivery fee was refunded without me even having to call and ask. Very pleased with the furniture quality and the prices were unbeatable.
