He was great.
Very professional team who were efficient and completed the project in less than expected time. It appeared there were no window panes when looking through the newly cleaned glass. Excellent attention to screens, sills and corners. We will be using them on a regular basis.
The technicians who cleaned the windows were professional and did an excellent job. Where I erred is that I did not get a quote for the job. When I was billed for $200 more than I paid 2 years ago I was shocked and felt price-gouged. I did speak with a company representative, who explained that the workers are paid a fair wage (I agree this is important), the products used are of good quality and expensive, and that the bill included inflation-related business expenses.
