Horrible customer service. Management never replies to inquiries, Promises made and never kept. Destroyed my lawn.

horrible customer service, terrible techs .they have sprayed over dog toys in the yard. I had them for 3 years and never once had a nice lawn! they sure will call the hell out of you for payment or to get you to sign back up! no thanks

Very poor service. Reached out over 3 weeks ago and never got a call back. Had to reach out again and Told they are behind due to weather recently. Was then told I was at the top of the heap for service but said it would still another 3-4 business days and basically had no clue of an actual date. I get we have had a lot of rain this season but my lawn looks terrible for a company I am Paying to make look good. Do not recommend. Pic attached
This lawn service is absolutely horrible. I treated and had another company treat my lawn for 22 yecars and I was always proud of my lawn. I elected to go with weedman this year and they destroyed my lawn. At one point their quality control guy was walking on my lawn cause one of his techs was identified and not treating my lawn but charging for it. He said they would retreat but never did. I hired them for the whole season. Not only did the treatments not work but weeds have now killed half my lawn. Will have to reseed after I take care of the weed problem myself. They will take your money and then not return your calls. Don't hire them.
