Please do not proceed with hiring weedman from Bloomington Indiana. I would not recommend working with Jenna for any customer service needs. It is more gaining sales then providing good customer service. We had a very disappointing experience with Weedman in Bloomington. We had canceled their service, yet they still came out and did work on our yard anyway. We asked them to not charge us, we took our bank information and they still charged us. How can they spray my yard in 3 minutes? I got a text that the tech arrived and invoice was posted 3 minutes later. No weeds are dying, I have cameras on my house. Didn’t spray the backyard, said I have hard to kill weeds that aren’t in my lawn. Ran through the yard. Piss poor training and quality of work.

We have sent emails, left messages, filled out surveys, and they won’t return calls to customers about unsatisfactory services. Would not recommend.

Dearest Weed Man, please instruct your door to door sales people its more effective to leave door hangers on my door and not on my lawn furniture. Especially when its raining. I would also appreciate it if they would refrain from smoking on my property while they visit. Btw, door to door sales are very last century. There are better ways to advertise. We've canceled all service with this company. We have dogs and a doggie door. They opened back gate, went back to their truck and dogs got out. This is NOT the first time and we had requested they knock or ring doorbell before opening back gate. At first we were happy with the way our lawn had looked but think they may have started watering stuff down or using less quality products as it hasn't looked as good as when we first started using them. No showed me three times. Didn’t even tell me they weren’t coming the third time. Got three invoices in the mail the same day and all three identical. Poor business practices.

We have been using Weedman for two seasons now, and they have let my 200lb dog out twice one being this morning. This morning was an additional stop to resolve that I still have crab grass and weeds in my yard. I’m beyond frustrated.
