This is by far the worst lawn service company we have ever dealt with. Charge for services that they do not have the product to provide terrible service when they do show up and failed to schedule necessary services after paying in full. After several months of service, all I have is dead grass and weeds.

We understand the conditions of your lawn are frustrating, especially after summer had taken its' toll. The abundance of shade and shallow tree roots in those areas don't help when working to establish lasting turf. Planting grass in late spring/early summer is never a good idea in our region due to the turfs' inability to mature and survive summer stresses. 1 out of 5 stars! Poor Customer Service and Follow up. If it weren't for the deceitful nature of their billing practices I would have rated them much higher but due to the fact that I pre-paid for one full year of service and they now want to shovel a "CONTINUOUS" service commitment at me I have to give them 1 out of 5 stars. I purchased a Groupon for weed services and this company expects to redeem the Groupon code before providing the services. You don't pay for services until after the service has been rendered, I canceled the request and submitted the voucher to Groupon for a refund. I don't recommend a business that operates in this manner. now, after reading some of the other reviews, I'm glad it happened the way it did. I dodged a potential headache.

We had grass killed and reseeded . Yard just wasn't done properly. More weeds returned then grass. Just not a happy customer.
