Last fall I had our fall lawn aeration done. We have a drain pipe that is ran from a rain gutter in front of our back patio. You can see where the gutter connects to the pipe and you can see where the pipe comes out of the ground and allows the water to drain into the gravel. The crew that was sent out to do the work for us poked holes in the pipe from one end to the other. I talked with staff a couple of times about this last fall and nothing was done. Dear Mr. Halland, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. There were gaps in the repair of your pipe due to weather, waiting on a bid, etc. We acknowledged the damage and offered to repair the visible damaged area. The landscaper recommended burying the pipe at an industry standard depth. These areas were not marked for the aeration, but we should have seen the ends, thus offering to repair these areas.
