After years of service, today you dropped the ball. Zero tolerance for this lack of responsibility! We have a pool and dogs and your tech left our back gate open, we are out of town!!! We attempted to call the tech on his phone he didn’t answer and didn’t answer text. I even tried to get his attention from my ring cameras when he was in the front yard. It’s all documented. I called corporate and cancelled your services immediately. I had my neighbor close my gate. Do better!

RecommendedI wish I could say what everyone else has said but our lawn looks worse now then it did when we started. It is over fertilized and now is burnt. Also, every weed came back. I now have the worst lawn on my block. I’m still waiting for a Supervisor phone call and visit. I’m so upset every time I walk out the door.

Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I was automatically enrolled for the 2023 year unknowingly to myself, was still charged for lawn service despite the poor product and atrocious results. Poor customer service, poor product, terrible results. there's literally not one positive thing I can say about this company. Do yourself a favor and go with anyone else other than weedman

RecommendedMy yard looked the best coming out of hibernation after first application but I don't know, I got crab grass, weeds and just not what I thought I'd get. I am scheduled for aeration next and I will reseed myself.. maybe then the ground will absorb the treatments better. I know they guarantee no weeds, but I still got them. You are potential cheaters!Gave me a verbal price of $103 per app.Emailed a price of $136 per app. Then you said “to bad” it’s as per the Google software. Would never ever deal with this company. Stay away!

This is the first year using Weed Man. I think my grass looks greener and less weeds. I’ll see how it is at the end of the season.
Hired them for weed control in front and back yard. Neighbors saw that the guy never did my backyard (but once and that was because I was there). I called from work the one time I was notified that the guy just did my front yard and left. He lied and said he did the backyard until I said someone saw him just do the front and leave. Of course they billed for doing both front and back which I disputed. Why pay for work that was not completed? Ohh and now they sent me to collections for a job that wasn't even done.
