Great service! They are friendly when they come to your home and they are easy to get a hold of for any questions you have about the service/billing. Our yard looks great and we never worry about weeds.

I have used WeedMan for several years and they seem to have done an adequate job of spraying the fertilizer at the proper times of the year. They have always been bad about weed control though. In the past I have had to make calls all summer long complaining about the weeds. The representatives are always very considerate and assure me that it will be taken care of. IT NEVER HAS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Weed Man. Our experience has not been a good one. When I was first solicited about a lawn care package, I Very Clearly stated my concern that my evergreen trees would be over-sprayed and damaged. The sales representative assured me that Weed Man has the equipment, the expertise, and the experience to guarantee that this wouldn't happen. After some consideration, I agreed to a treatment plan. Zero results. $80 a month all spring and summer and I have crabgrass, clover, and bare spots everywhere. When I called to make them aware of the issues I was having they set me up to have a manager take a look at my property. Keegan, the supervisor who was supposed to inspect the property no-showed me without so much as a text or brief phone call.

Over the course of two seasons we have had a few issues with service not being completed, at times when it was claimed to have been. Most recently we were told service was completed, but our back yard was not done. We instructed them on multiple occasions to knock prior to service so we could put the dogs inside. We were aware service on back wasn’t completed because the dogs would’ve let us know, we also would’ve seen on our cameras, and probably out the windows as we work from home as well. ⭐ 1 star We’ve had repeated issues with Weed Man, and today was the final straw. We were scheduled for lawn treatment today and received a text message yesterday confirming service. However, despite being home with both the front and back doors open, no one came to the door or made any attempt to notify us they had arrived.
