My best experience yet at an urgent care. The staff was very professional and kind. I was registered and seen within 15 mins of arriving. I will definitely be back if I am in need of a Urgent Care Center!!
They offer appointments. They lie. I had a 2:20 appointment, I arrived 2:10 and was immediately told me it'd be a whole because there was a line of walk in ahead of me. Yes I got what I needed but I'd had other options but chose this one because of the appointment thing. CVS has no difficulty managing both...

So today, I went in to urgent care with my roommate. She cut her finger doing dishes, and she was bleeding a lot. Let me paint the scene, we walk into urgent care, her finger is wrapped in a paper towel and there is so much blood to the point that she would probably pass out if she looked at it for more than .96 seconds. My visit was fine-clean, knowledgeable staff-or so I thought. 3 days after my Covid test I looked online for test results and it was labeled TNP. Test not processed. The staff had mislabeled my test so the lab never processed it. No call from well now to tell me. I had to look online. They tell you we will call you if it is positive-if I had listened to that I would be thinking I was negative. sunday my daughter went to urgent care after almost 10 days of cold/flu like symptoms. they dismissed her and sent her home telling her this was "viral ". today is tuesday and she continues to suffer. i sent her to our family practitioner and she has a double ear infection and bronchitis. bravo!
