I have spoken to these people several times as they were interested in hiring me. However, the last time I spoke with the manager I shared my concerns about the incompetence level of the staff since I'd interviewed before & saw some very unprofessional behavior. After months of asking Wellcare to bill my insurance properly, they paid for my visit. Wellcare still has not refunded the $285.00 they took from my account without permission or notification! Do not give these people your bank debit catd!!
Beware. I visited WellNow in Olean, NY in June 2025. They have allowed my identity to be stolen. FACT. As a matter of their business they made copies of my insurance card, drivers license, and flex benefits card. Strangely, in August 2025 the WellNow in Liverpool / Syracuse, NY area charged my flex benefits card $10. When I called to dispute with my flex benefits company I was told not to worry - this was likely something about WellNows billing !?! The Olean staff said they didn't need my Medicare info,, tried billing my other insurance, got rejected and just stole the full amount from my bank account! When their mistake was brought to their attention, they still havent replaced the money! Now I see why they only accept cards! Maybe they should properly train the staff!

Went in to received treatment and didn't really give any answers or help at all and sent us away with large bill. Very rude when trying to ask a question.

Do not even bother calling these people!!! 1 not a real urgent care they basically said if you wanna be seen you have to make an appointment like an absolute worthless pcp!! 2) if you dare make an appointment their receptionist aren't smart enough to do that correctly they'll tell ya "ya no problem your appointment is for 3pm today" and it's not they just throw ya in a random day!! It's a freaking joke save yourself the trouble this place is a joke!!!
