I've visited twice, both times I was impressed with the cleanliness and attentive care. On 04/09/24 I did not have to wait any longer than what it took to gather my info. My injuries were cleaned, stitched and dressed in a timely manner and I felt more confident than in an ER visit. The staff was compassionate, careful and knowledgeable. I suspect my waiting room time at the nearby hospitals would have been longer than my entire treatment at Wellnow. Thank You, Ron

Scheduled an appointment prior to showing up and got right in. Staff was friendly and Dr. G was helpful and informative.
When it comes to the treatment of patients, the staff here actually do well. I have brought my children in here in the past and also have come in. The lobby is clean and the online check-in process is fairly easy. They would get high marks for this. The issue is the timing. The name has now and urgent in it. I set my "appointment" around 10:30 this morning for 2:03pm, the earliest option provided to me. I went in due to symptoms of a possible kidney infection twice within the same week; armed with bloodwork and previous test results. I had not been able to see my primary due to the long holiday weekend. I was treated in a kind but ineffective manner. Both visits I was urged to go for expensive testing at an emergency room instead. The nurse practitioners cited the symptoms of spasticity that are part of my long standing spinal injury, as cause for a CT scan. Extremely rude and unprofessional physician assistant. Did not even examine my husband after 3 visits . Workman's compensation claim. Stay away !! We had no choice that's where his job sent us!!

went in with my ear throbbing in pain for AN HOUR before i got to go back to have them say "yup, you got an ear infection" and sent me to go get eardrops from the pharmacy. the bad part? they told me my insurance covered it, so i didnt owe them anything. yet for some reason i owe them $230 now. so now i cant pay my rent this coming month. fuck you, WellNow.
I had a online appointment for 12:27 I was at the top of the waiting list everyone ended up going before me it's now 1:48 and they just took me back I am very dissatisfied and disappointed this is now my 3rd-6th time here and they always have a different doctor never the same.
I will start with the female staff that assisted and attended me were by far fantastic. We were there for about 2 hours before being seen with a screaming 3 year old. By the time the doctor finally came In it was closing time, so he was rushing us out of the room. Very bad experience
