Awful. They should remove the "Urgent" from their name. Was checked in and triaged quickly. Then I waited in an examination room for 50 minutes, and only when I decided to leave did they notice me. Told me it would only be another 5 minutes, and would I please reconsider. No way. I left and won't go back.
Update- they commented on this post to email them. Which I did. And they have not responded or rectified the situation despite trying to save face and look like they are helping me

While everyone was very kind, bedside manner was terrible and they were more urgent to take my insurance info while I had my screaming bleeding 2 year old sitting in my lap. The NPA was nice but quickly wrote off my daughter's symptoms as just "pink eye" and prescribed antibiotics. Two days later we ended up in emergency room at CDH bc of worsening symptoms and I was told she DEFINITELY doesn't have pink eye but an incredibly bad virus and to immediately discontinue antibiotics because they could be harmful at this point d... read more

Billed as an ER visit and not a doctor visit. Never had to pay so much for a quick care. All good until you get the bill!. Will never go back. Sticking with Northwestern.
