I personally have a lot of anxiety when it comes to my health. I was feeling pretty rough which prompted my visit to WellNow Urgent Care. I walked in feeling mentally and physically unwell but after talking and being treated by several staff I felt a weight alleviated from my shoulders and my energy coming back simply from being around them and receiving the comfort that I did. I was feeling very unwell for about a week and came here, they did flu/covid/strep test that all were negative. So they did a chest X-ray to figure out the source of my cough. I am already feeling better with the medications they prescribed me here. The doctor was very caring, smart, and quick! I felt completely taken care of here.
The whole team was kind and patient. The doctor was attentive and thorough. I very much appreciated her not over diagnosing me or just giving me antibiotics because I felt I needed them. It’s been my experience that doctors will prescribe antibiotics just to be on the safe side versus taking the time to thoroughly investigate all possibilities.
Best experience we've ever had at an Urgent Care facility! Staff was super friendly and helpful. We got in and processed immediately without any issues. My daughter really liked everyone. They made her laugh and smile even while feeling like crud. Thanks to everyone that was working that evening!
Very friendly staff, much quicker wait than the other urgent cares. You can actually schedule an appointment here. They have screens that tell you your spot in line. The doctors are nice and care. Dr. Moroni was amazing. I will be going here for now on for all of our urgent care needs.
