My visit of early September at this urgent care was the best that I've experienced anywhere else. From the courteous treatment up front; helping me fill out electronic registration forms, which as a senior I've not done before, to the spotless presentation of the place, I was impressed. I had an appointment at the Aurora location. I get there and they tell me I have a 3 hour wait. Unacceptable. They send me to St. Charles. The staff was great. A tech from Nepal was the best. They were super thorough. Totally advise going to them. Skip Aurora.
During my visit, I was treated with respect and friendliness. The staff was polite and very thorough with the answers to my questions. As an "out-of-towner" it was comforting to be seen so quickly and with such care. I would highly recommend WellNow to anyone who needs medical assistance and or care.
Super disappointed with this company. I called and was on hold for 15 minutes to speak to a rep and ask insurance questions prior to having her make an appointment for my baby. She confirmed twice with me that they accept my baby’s insurance. Upon arrival the person at the front decided that she would announce to everyone that I was on public aid and immediately said they don’t accept public aid. Really mixed bag here. I think they had just opened recently when I went in for a tick bite & was showing clear symptoms of stage 2 lyme. I agree front desk staff was not very professional, some staff member came in on her off time & just hung behind the desk with other staff loudly talking when she was off. The NP/PA(?) I had was very nice but probably fresh out of school because I had everything aligning with stage 2 Lyme & she seemed to only recognize the signs of stage 1 & was confused…..my primary confirmed 2 days later... read more
