Dentist Wen-hui Liu is simply the best! He understands when one has an emergency and handles it without making you feel you owe him. His charges are very reasonable. If hee feels he has not enough experience to do a job, he explains why and gives you very credible other sources, i.e. people who do but just that one specialty. Because Dr. Liu is recognized by many who are registered with him, his practice is always busy and therefore scheduling your appointments in good time is important for avoiding waiting time. l visited Dr. Liu's practice on an urgent issue, but without an appointment. Despite his busy office, Dr. Liu made time for me and did right away what he could do there and then. He advised that I see a maxillofacial surgeon soonest and recommended a conveniently located practice. It also turned out that his diagnosis was totally correct. Dr. Liu's practice is well furnished with most up-to-date equipment and his approach is modern. The fee he charged for all his efforts was very modest. I had somewhat of an emergency and Dr. Liu did everything to fit me in. I also believe he did everything possible to reassure me re my condition and resolve the immediate issue. He was quick in his work and avoided creating much pain. His staff was equally helpful and friendly and instead of turning me away (Dr. Liu has a very busy practice), they assured me to speak to Dr. Liu as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary waiting. He is very professional and thorough dentist. His office has all up to dated dental equipment I would recommend him to all friends and family in a heart bit. There is only one thing I would like to suggest to his office that is they need a back up doctor. In a emergency situation while doctor is away it would be nice to be able see one. Visited Dr. Liu after a co-worker recommendation. Dr. Liu personally did my tooth extraction and I was very impressed with his expertise. Aside from his skills, he is also very up to date with the latest technology in dentistry. He is not afraid to invest in new equipments as you will see once you visited his office from the patient management software to the latest x-ray equipment. It was a very pleasant experience.
