Working with Wendy at CrossCountry was great. She was responsive and efficient. Every question or concern was addressed. The entire process was so unbelievably easy, and Wendy was so personable and professional throughout the process. Though I didn't know her at all, it was like having a friend that really knows what they are talking about help me refinance. I would highly recommend her and Cross Country Mortgage!

My wife and I wanted to take advantage of the low refinance rates available and found Wendy via the Costco Finance website. It was a smooth transaction from start to finish. Wendy was very responsive and answered all of our questions. She worked with us on getting the exact product that we wanted - a 20 year fixed loan. The rates were as advertised and the closing costs were low thanks to the Costco Mortgage program. What I appreciated most is there was never any sales pressure from her.

Wendy never failed to answer our MANY MANY questions. We were first time homebuyers and she patiently explained the process and educated us along the way. Great deal with Costco/First Choice program. Wend was quick to get the paperwork through - even our real estate agent was impressed with how easy she was to work with.

Wendy is extremely responsive, professional, made the process easy, and answered all of our questions promptly. Communication with her and the team was excellent. We were able to close on our refi in 20 days right in our own home. I would strongly recommend Wendy and the Costco Mortgage program. The rate was better than anyone else around us and the fees were minimal. I strongly recommend Wendy and look forward to working with her the next time as well.

This was my first home purchase in the Las Vegas area. I went through Costco and First Choice's rates were by far the most competitive. I worked with Wendy Wilcox, and couldn't have asked for a better loan originator. She was knowledgeable, responsive and patient.
