As always, I had a great experience. My hygienist, Terry, is always friendly, knowledgeable and great to talk to. He gave me advice on the oral health of my 7 month old and made me comfortable and confident in what I need to do now that he has his first teeth.

Have had several dentists in my life but by far this was the most in-depth, thorough and also pleasant visit ever! For the team that took my appointment, greeted me at the door both over the phone and in person following your Covid protocols. To the very enthusiastic, friendly & thorough hygienist. To my initial meeting and review with Dr Pachal. Everything was explained with great detail and showing pictures and X-rays with explanations that anyone who is not a dentist or in the profession would understand.

Arrival was smooth and Covid screening protocol well in place. Terry is wonderful, personable and an expert in his field. He provided me excellent guidance and insight during my cleaning and gave me some tips after. Always a pleasure coming in for my hygiene!
