Did not have an underwriter in to make the CIC for loan amount that was requested a week prior And never made. We had to delay closing until following Monday so the change could be made. We had to extend the lock at all cost passed to client even after requesting a partial cover because it wasn't the clients fault for delay. your pricing is good on the W-2 only conv but because that extension issue I probably won't use you guys again after this .

I didn’t give Wes 5 stars because I reserve 5 stars truly outstanding service, but he's a good AE. I rated the closing process low because it was cumbersome. The people I worked with were terrific, but the system needs significant improvement. I will use you again 😊
