Dr Z was thorough in her exam and explained my situation clearly She was pleasant friendly and compassionate

I have already talked to the Office Manager about our ending your services with Ron. Although we are happy with Dr. Z, the customer services of one older woman with gray/white hair are considered to be consistently sub standard to what we expect. Her consistent rudeness especially on the phone are unacceptable to us. Thank you for your kindness in understanding.

Nothing that I can think of.
Moderately late. Lady at window was fine. The intact nurse was extremely curt and downright unpleasant. Doc was pleasant enough, but quite casual technically. Had to buy expensive tube that can only be bought there - some sort of scam.
