Staff was helpful and pleasant. Storage was clean. The suits added a $30 "administrative" fee, 1.5 % for every use of a credit card, an extra $15 a month of mandatory "insurance" and you had to buy their lock for $24.99 which would have no use anywhere else.

The manager was awesome. Helpful, professional, knowledgeable. It’s really unusual to have a positive customer service experience these days and he was great.

My experience renting a unit at this location was surprisingly pleasant. Vincent helped me with obtaining my keys and information about accessing my unit. Not only was he extremely friendly and genuine, he was also incredibly informative, explaining everything I needed to know in order to easily access and move items into the unit. He even utilized a common and successful training methodology of having me input my access code the second time we entered the building so we could verify that I knew how to do it. Armando, the manager, was incredible. He walked us through all available options and showed us units for comparison. After we decided on the one we wanted, he got the paperwork completed, showed us the ropes, and answered our questions in just a few minutes time.
