Grant was polite professional and respectful. I like the secure feeling....I've rented at other storage facilities... This property offers a cleaner, more secure facility .... And I appreciate there is a restroom available!
Best ever This was my first time for myself to use a storage unit, however over the yrs family and friends have used different facilities and never heard good things about them, 1 was even with mice in their unit and getting into the boxes and furniture and destroying their belongings and the business did nothing. When I found west coast and met with the staff I was at ease and their friendly staff made u feel part of their family!! The best yet... I've stored my items in a few facilities, and West Coast was the best yet! The staff was warm, welcoming and always helpful. The building and units are super clean and climate controlled - very nice. Access is extremely secure - you need a code to enter, AND to use the elevator if you have a unit on another floor. At first I thought this would be a hassle, but was happy to have a COMPLETELY INDOOR unit (parking and storage) and it felt extra secure with the elevator code. Worry free storage! I live on the road and need somewhere safe to store my items. I stumbled on this place almost two years ago and regret nothing! I visit my storage once or twice a year and it is so comforting to know that everything is exactly as I left it. No dust, no moisture, no mouse droppings or spider webs. There are a lot of what-ifs and worries when living like a nomad, but my stored items is not one of them. I pay every month by phone and speak with John.
