The incompetence of the veterinarian and staff lead to my dog dying in my arms. We went to them for help, they did X-rays- misinterpret them- told us she was stable and she could wait until til the next morning for surgery. That night my dog declined rapidly and died in my arms at the emergency vet. The best they could give me was an apology.
