First time ant West Lake Dental and I felt like royalty. It is a big upgrade from my last to experiences. Key takeaway: don’t go to the franchised places. Private is the way to go! I had a tooth that was giving me trouble before leaving for a trip and they got me in the next day as a new client. The front office staff were cheerful and willing to answer questions. I had a wonderful experience at Dr Andy Maples office. From the front desk personnel to everyone in the procedure rooms the staff couldn’t be greater! Everyone is so kind and attentive. They want you comfortable. Dr Andy is just the best as well. He’s very calm, gentle, and reassuring. He is a very good dentist! I highly recommend this office!
This place really takes good care of your teeth. They were understanding of me not being a floss nut and looked for options for me to undertake. Dr Andy is very knowledgeable, caring and runs a top knotch operation. You are greeted with warmth when you come in and out and the technicians are very professional. I have had both Jake and Michelle and I can't say enough about them.
This office deserves more than 5 stars. Dr. Andy is not only an amazing dentist but very personable and fun. Jake has always been great to work with, and the front desk staff always has smiles on their faces as I walk in the building. 10/10 staff.
This was my first time with West Lake Dental. Cheerful, welcoming and personable staff. Dr Andy is very thorough, explains everything of concerns, minor to major, without any pressure. He's very open and transparent in his work and costs. He's also very professional mind with his friendly personality.
