Being a hygienist in a specialty office, I found my initial visit to be very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and the exam was thorough. I had time constraints that they respected and were very efficient with the time we had available.

First West Lakes does good work, second there isn't any unnecessary up-sell on everything you don't need, anything will be provided and any service you require or want but nothing shady is going on with trying to find more work in your mouth. The hours are great, the staff is very friendly. The lobby is welcoming and even has a gaming system for the kids, the toothbrush you get with the cleaning service is actually usable and the list goes on. The website is navigable, the information sound, staff has a working knowledge base, & the staff were accommodating to my requests / concerns. The exam itself was quite comfortable. What hooked me was customer service & they all provided it with genuine smiles.
Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. we felt comfortable and the services were done in a timely, professional manner. We are glad we made the decision to try West Lakes Dentistry.
I was leaving for Mexico on a Friday, two weeks ago, and broke a part of my tooth on the Thursday before. I called WestLakes and they got me in that day and fixed my tooth. Thank you very much.
