West Ridge has been the place I have used for all 5 of my dogs and cat. My 15 1/2 year old Shih Tzu was suffering badly, and I knew it was time for him to go to a better place. I called to make arrangements as soon as they opened, but was told there were no appointments available that day. I was pretty shocked and disappointed. They had been his vet since he was a puppy. I took my litter of puppies to this vet and I absolutely 100% do NOT recommend it to anyone that wants A proper diagnosis and a healthy pet. My pups were seen by both vets Dr. Keener and Dr. Whitaker and both failed to properly diagnose my puppies not to mention after my first visit with Dr. Keener I got to have a very unprofessional argumentative defensive Conversation with her over the phone where she proceeded to tell me that I was a liar when the truth is she is in confident and lacks care for her job . i had my dog neutered at West Ridge at the beginning of the year. The vet, Whittaker left the suture and needle attached and sent him home. Total negligence by her and the staff for not checking before taking off the table and before sending home.
