I went in today around 9 AM. I had to get on the bus from downtown LA all the way to Westchester, which took about 2hrs just for Dr. Peace to take a picture of my face and rudely leave me in the back room by myself, not even telling me how to get out, and was very confrontational about my questions and concerns. this was the worst doctors appointment I’ve had in my 26 years of living
I was misdiagnosed. I was then offered a free facial to treat my scarring, then Dr. Peace's office sent me an invoice for $90.81 for the 15 minute service that she said would be free. Her management and billing team is unwilling to waive or cancel the charge or provide me with any solution to remove this $90.81 charge. I also had 8am appointments each time and each time had to wait until 8:15am for someone to unlock the door. This team is unprofessional and not solution driving, no customer service. I visited Dr. Sherri Peace's clinic for a second opinion; experienced misdiagnosis, ineffective treatments, and dismissive responses. Condition cleared up with the original treatment, all those weeks spent with Dr. Peace's team were wasted time. I advise those in Playa Del Rey or anywhere else in the Los Angeles Area looking for dermatology services seek other clinics.
Waited over an hour with absolutely no apology! Rude and too busy to be on time. Avoid!
