Steve and his team did a fantastic job! They power washed our house and deck and cleaned the roof. He was communicative at all stages of our job about his process and products. He was very professional, hardworking, went above and beyond to get the job done, and took great care of our house, roof, and surrounding property during the process. Where do I begin, first, the day Steve came to provide an estimate was great. He took the time to explain the process, answered all our questions, then provided his price which was reasonable. Told us when he would call with a date as due to rain he was catching up. Day of job again asked if any questions before starting. Took about 2 hours. After job we did a walk around. All I can say is that my house, windows, roof everything looks new again. Ty for job well done. He has our business for future cleanings

What drew me to contact Western Mass Prowash was the information on their website, particularly the details of the soft-wash process. I wanted to avoid damaging the siding and trim on our house. Later, I spoke with Steve, and he provided more detail and offered some good suggestions. He came out a short while later and did a great job. They prepped the house by taping the door locks and covering outside outlets and the doorbells. Awesome customer service! We were scheduled for both a power wash and inside gutter cleaning but he was honest with us and let us know the gutters were in good shape and he didn’t charge us for the gutter service. Honesty is rare and we had so much respect for this level of integrity. Our home hasn’t looked this good in years! I would highly recommend this company!
