Had my car towed because I hadn’t gotten one of their stickers yet, even though I had a copy of my lease clearly visible on the dash. Explained my situation to leasing associate Barbara Williamson when I signed the lease and again to property manager Margaret Jordan today. Management was inflexible. They will not give you temporary parking permits and places to park on site are few and far between.

Both Barbara and Margaret explained on multiple occasions that you needed a parking permit and cautioned against parking in a resident space without one when you moved in two months ago. Please bring your registration to the office to receive a permit as soon as possible.
