Horrible experience! My son had his braces off six days ago and still no retainer! They drilled into his head, how important it was to wear his retainer in the immediate days and months following the removal of his braces. The day they removed his braces we waited three hours for them to make his temporary retainer, after waiting we were sent home empty handed and told the machine was overheating. We were assured they would overnight it to our home and we would have it the following day. We are now on day 6 and no retainer!... read more
