I took my son to Westrock for 4yrs we paid in full within 2yrs. At the end of braces process Westrock then said we owed more money between $300-400 more that the insurance wouldn’t pay. They stated that in our contract it states if insurance won’t pay then the patient then has to. This is true in the new contracts, but I was still under contract with McGuire and they still harass my family about paying. We have been coming here 18 months the staff is very nice and pleasant but the wait times have been insane if I have an 830am appointment sometimes we wait almost an hour. That is unacceptable as my time is valuable
Had been going here for 5 years through the process of braces. As any kid in high school I wanted them off and was constantly asking when I'd be done since the date just kept getting push back by dr. McGuire. He told me that everything was fine except I had a gap between some of my more hidden teeth, he said it was only cosmetic would cause no physical issues, so I agreed to take them off.
