Everyone is nice and very knowledgeable. I moved here recently and several people recommended this practice to me. I am so happy I went here first. I also appreciate that there was no sales job on treatment, food, or supplements like I have experienced in other veterinary practices. I’m not looking any further for my dog’s best health provider.
Had a great experience with Westside Pet Hospital! The staff was kind and caring. Dr. Shaw has a relaxed presence which made me feel like My dog was his only patient. He took the time to address my concerns and present options for treatment. Highly recommend!
Very friendly staff from start to finish. Start being me emailing them and finish being the checkout. Booking an appointment was very easy and efficient. The staff were very friendly again. It was all around an easy process. The veterinarian seemed very knowledgeable and I’m hoping his tips help with Lincoln’s anxiety. Though We were only there for a flu shot, I was able to ask additional questions without feeling bothersome. (Lincoln really loved his cheese on a stick) Would definitely recommend!
Dr Shaw is brilliant and has a wonderful way with pets and their owners. He offers multiple solutions and takes the time to help you pick the one that’s best for your pet and family. We always have an awesome experience there. And even my typically reluctant big dog happily walks in.
Outstanding service for your pet! Dr. Shaw does an incredible job at blending both eastern and western medicine. When he cleaned my dog's teeth, it was the best price in Bend, and her teeth look immaculate. I highly recommend Dr. Shaw for all of your dog or cat needs.
