5 Star : My Experience Anna was fantastic. She responded promptly to all my calls, concerns and questions about the service/repairs in general plus the added COVID issues. My car was moved around to three different in-house locations to address three different issues and Anna, plus your staff moved everything along efficiently and kept me abreast throughout. 5 Star : Likely to Recommend As I have said, due to my previous experience with the Ford body shop, when this accident occurred, and their insurance agent tried to steer me to a different repair shop I insisted on Ford's body shop. 5 Star : Repair Quality Unfortunately, I have had to use the Ford Collision body shop twice, and each time they kept me up to date with the progress of the repairs; and when problems did occur (usually waiting on the parts to arrive) they kept me informed and handled the issues with the insurance ... read more
5 Star : My Experience I was able to leave car and sign paperwork on a Saturday and due to Covid 19 normally would need an appointment. The shop worked around it and gave me a ride home.
