Alexa was a lifesaver to actually attend the closing, which few lenders do. The Title company that the seller had chosen had arranged for a notary to perform the closing. The notary was obviously not familiar with the lender package and English was not her first language, so really none of the forms were explained to the Buyer as she was having the Buyer sign.
