We just recently had an oil change and tires rotated, my appointment was at 8am yesterday, so I dropped my car off on Wednesday night. Well I like going there for service, I didn’t like yesterdays experience tho, I tried calling at 11:40 am, no answer. I called 4 times n texted a couple of times but got no word at all, finally at 3.40, I was told could go there at 4:30 n my car will be ready, the service is awesome there but I didn’t like the communication yesterday. Now I gotta bring my car back there next week, 🤷🏾♂️
