I have a 2025 unit had a problem with brake lock . Tech gave info. on how to fix it . I have 289 miles on mine and its a lot of fun to drive ! love the two modes of 14 mph to faster 28 mph. Its a keeper! Goldyfp14 @aol.

I recently purchased my whisper, halo golf cart and honestly what drove me to purchase it was the incentives that they were offering plus loan for 12 months no interest but once I got it, I fell in love with it. There’s so many nice things about it. It drives fantastic. It’s just it’s beautiful! Highly recommend it.

I have purchaced one of the FF4 golf carts in early 2024, And i must say after 1897 miles, It is a THRILLING experience being able to climb trails on my property with the whole family comfortably riding along. I also constantly use this vehicle to monitor my livestock, This thing is so quiet its fantastic for not waking up the family on early mornings. To early to tell. Looks great bought the beast upgraded the battery they forgot the rear trailer hitch supposed to send it. Didn’t like there is not a usb plug   I will keep you posted

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! STAY AWAY AND DO NOT BUY WHISPER. I purchased a 6 seater W7 XL just before Memorial Day weekend. The suspension is awful, including lose parts in the front end and has caused the tires to wear so fast. The front wheels are at an angle. The cherry on top….the LACK OF on the company’s part for fixing the issue. I have gotten the run around for over 6 weeks and I still don’t have a resolution for fixing the golf cart. Horrible customer service, support and overall poor quality. I received my golf cart over a month and a half late. When it arrived absolutely no instructions, information- calling Whisper is a joke. They lean on a service system that lacks any personal decision or action base from the consumer service agents.

My cart had the following issues: Brakes did not work. Whisper technician told me they put the incorrect brake bar on, which caused the brakes NOT to work. Cart battery would drain even when not in use. Front wheel assembly bearings were not installed properly, causing the wheel to almost fall off. Electronics are of poor quality. *****WHISPER picked up the cart..............STILL waiting for my refund, and the slap in the face is that the WHISPER company instead of making good on the cart, banned me from ever purchasing fro... read more

I worked for this company and saw firsthand how the carts are made, as well as how the employees behind that process are treated. This isn’t coming from a place of bitterness or resentment—it’s simply an honest account of my experience. Purchased a Whisper golf cart for retirement and had a few issues. The customer service was excellent. Chris, Dale, Becky, Ray and Cheyenne were very nice, always responded within hours.
