Dr. Welch has very gentle hands. He is also very professional.
Dr Welch and his staff are very kind and patient with my family as we have a little anxiety when it comes to dental work. The friendly and relaxing atmosphere is great!

Had taken my kids to see the dentist y’all know it’s already hard when you have little kids .. I came to check in and the lady at the front desk told me we called and emailed you and I said “will since you called and email I would’ve a least gotten 1 “ I didn’t get no call or email and I got all my paper work done and I told her if they don’t take the insurance il pay cash for it and a sat down got up and hour later and went to the desk and told her what’s going on she rudely got the paper and said the insurance I was so hea... read more

You got a call and a voicemail. You made an appointment at 12:30 pm, why would you have not already had lunch? I am sorry things turned out this way but we were able to rearrange our schedule to accommodate you. We had to verify insurance for 3 separate people over our lunch hour when we are not staffed to do so. We were getting rooms set up to help your family when you got up and left.
While the immediate staff up front was professional, I found the rest of my personal experience to be less than desirable. it is great to see so many wonderful reviews, that just wasn't the case for me. I'm going to find a place that is a bit more professional towards both staff and patients alike.
