very pleased with office visit
I have been a patient for several decades and the services have always been provided at the highest levels of quality. Yet the staff continues to seek improvement.
Only "ding" was for the hard sale of additional services. I mentioned I was unemployed and was only there for a cleaning, but the offers kept coming
every one is always professional, from the receptionist, to the hygienist, the doctors, and the office people. Always take a personal interest, asking how things are with your health. Always willing to explain what is going on.
I received professional and friendly service at my appointment.
I consistently receive excellent care and service from White Spruce Dental.
I have nothing but good things to say about your office. The people are wonderful and the I was overwhelmed at the time that was spent to help me figure out a way to pay for the crowns that I have to have put on 2 of my teeth. I cant tell you how much I appreciate the compassion that was shown to me.
I had a very positive experience.
I didn't expect a visit from Dr. Tumminelli but he examined my teeth. (Wasn't that done per Customer request?)
