Don't give it a thought! Roach infestation! Moving out as soon as possible. Gave notice. There is a roach infestation and they are constantly scheduling an exterminator who will leave traps all around your apartment. Rent goes up considerably every year. Maintenance of inside of building is not good. An elevator is always out of service. Stairways smell like urine which probably came from the college kids that they swear they don't rent to. My car was damaged in the lot and nothing was done since video cameras don't work. Ha... read more
