I take my dog Max to Westford Animal Hospital and I couldn't be any happier with our visits there. Max is happy because he gets lots of belly rubs and cookies and I am happy because it feels so warm and welcoming there. Dr Vickrey was very through with Max's first appointment! I actually couldn't believe how much time they spend with you on your first visit! It didn't feel rushed at all and I felt confident that Max was in good hands. Thank you for taking such great care of us!

RecommendedTen stars!!! The care is excellent, Dr. Vickrey highly knowledgeable. Very compassionate care from reception to techs and vet, through crises and support for the FINAL decision when necessary ( suffered through 2 losses). They ALL understand that my cats ARE my babies! Providing care for two more now.
RecommendedDr. Vickrey and Sherry were so great with my cat, Cookie. They were so helpful and thorough, and although Cookie does not like going to the vet, this was the easiest vet trip we have had with her, by far.
I brought my 4 1/2 year old American Bulldog in due to vomiting. After being there all day, didn't see much improvement. At 5, sent us home with him still being unstable. Three hours later he died. No diagnosis. Cared more about my ability to pay rather than saving my dog. Truly devastating. Vet tech were good, though. They cared.
