Will made a safe place to ask questions and was extremely patient and knowledgeable no matter what the question was. He was also very prompt with responding and providing any request I made from him. If in the online portal there was a chat part of website to ask question and for the agent to put in direct comments would make it more personal when building the file. Just a thought.
