Will is great at communication throughout the sales process and makes himself available, even during weekends. For the buyers in this last sales transaction, he went the extra mile to get an approval letter in one day so the buyers were able to submit offers and purchase their dream home.
Will was very attentive and worked hard to get us approved. He made multiple suggestions about how we could optimize our credit scores so we could meet minimum lender thresholds and regularly us apprised of how we were doing. Will was knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole process a great experience for us. We highly recommend him; he is a real treasure!
