Very responsive... usually had an answer to any questions that I asked him via text or email within minutes. Will made the process of getting a mortgage easy and comfortable. He is personable and friendly and treated us with care and respect. He is very knowledgeable and was very communicative throughout the process. We were not able to be there in person and he used technology (email fax, docusign, text) to make communication and document completion easy and seamless. This was by far the best experience I have had with a lender. I highly recommend PRMI and especially Will! Thank you Will!!
