Our experience was MORE than my husband and I ever expected the mortgage process to be. From the first phone call with Mr. Buckles, ( so full of nervous jitters ) to the congratulatory messages I received after closing. I was so thankful that the communication between myself and William was so easy and personable, that I never felt like I was asking a "stupid" question.
